🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

📦 How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at [email protected] with the subject line:
“Return Request – Order #[YourOrderNumber]”
Include:

  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Final sale / clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items with obvious signs of wear or damage not caused by shipping
  • Custom or personalized items

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Items

Received the wrong item or something damaged? That’s on us. Email us at [email protected] with a photo, and we’ll replace or refund it ASAP.
